Dulce de Leche Banana Toffee Pie

The cream topping

Instructions
- Prepare the Dulce de Leche and allow it to cool slightly before spreading it in the cookie crust.
- Slice the bananas and arrange them over the Dulce de Leche.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed toffee bits over the bananas.
- In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream, then beat until medium peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cream mixture over the toffee bits and top with the remaining toffee bits.
- Chill the pie for several hours before serving.
