Ingredients

The crust and filling

  • 1 package chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate-covered toffee bars or Heath bits

The cream topping

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dulce de Leche and allow it to cool slightly before spreading it in the cookie crust.
  2. Slice the bananas and arrange them over the Dulce de Leche.
  3. Sprinkle half of the crushed toffee bits over the bananas.
  4. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream, then beat until medium peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  6. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  7. Spread the cream mixture over the toffee bits and top with the remaining toffee bits.
  8. Chill the pie for several hours before serving.
