Instructions
- Prepare the crust by blending chocolate wafers, peanuts, melted butter, and honey until finely ground, then press into a pie dish.
- For the filling, whisk together sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan, then add egg yolks and combine.
- Stir in milk and vanilla seeds, then cook over medium heat until thickened, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
- Pour the pudding into the crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then mix in melted chocolate with part of the whipped cream.
- Layer sliced bananas over the chilled pudding, add the chocolate cream, and top with remaining whipped cream.
- Optionally, prepare the chocolate shell by melting chocolate and coconut oil together, then drizzle over the pie and sprinkle with peanuts.
- Slice and serve.
