Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 4-5 pieces bananas (small) or 2-3 large bananas

The crust

  • 2 crusts graham cracker or cookie crusts (8-serving size)

The topping

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, cold water, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl, mix well, and refrigerate for a few minutes.
  2. Whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Slice the bananas and layer them on the bottom of the crusts.
  4. Remove pudding from the fridge and fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  5. Divide the mixture between the two pies.
  6. Prepare sweetened whipped cream with the remaining heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar, then spread it on top of the pies.
  7. Cover the pies with their plastic domes and chill for several hours before serving.
