Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then dredge in flour.
- Heat oil in a medium pot and sear the meat until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the meat and cook the onion, carrot, and celery until fork tender.
- Pour in the tomatoes, beef broth, BBQ sauce, and brown sugar, and let it simmer.
- Return the meat to the pot, cover, and bake for 1 ½ hours until the meat falls off the bone.
- Shred the meat and serve.
