Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Toss the strawberries with olive oil and maple syrup on a small baking sheet.
- 3. Roast the strawberries for 20 minutes until soft, juicy, and lightly caramelized, then let them cool slightly.
- 4. In a blender, combine the cooled strawberries, coconut milk ice cubes, non-dairy milk, vanilla, and sea salt.
- 5. Blend on high until smooth and serve immediately.
