Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate coconut milk ice cubes by blending coconut milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Once frozen, blend the chocolate ice cubes with ½ cup of dairy-free milk until thick and smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more dairy-free milk if necessary.
- Serve immediately and enjoy, optionally garnished with whipped cream, berries, shaved chocolate, or sprinkles.
