Ingredients

Chocolate Ice Cubes

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp raw cashew butter
  • 3-4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Milkshake

  • ½-1 cup dairy-free milk
  • optional whipped cream of choice
  • optional fresh berries
  • optional shaved chocolate
  • optional sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate coconut milk ice cubes by blending coconut milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  3. Once frozen, blend the chocolate ice cubes with ½ cup of dairy-free milk until thick and smooth.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more dairy-free milk if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy, optionally garnished with whipped cream, berries, shaved chocolate, or sprinkles.
