The milkshake

  • 2 cups Vanilla Bean Coconut Ice Cream
  • 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
  • ½ – ¾ cup brewed coffee (chilled)
  • 2-4 Tbsp unsweetened almond or coconut milk (optional)

Optional toppings

  • Vegan Magic Shell
  • Coconut Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Blend the ice cream, cocoa powder, and coffee until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add more coffee or almond milk if needed for blending.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors with additional cocoa powder, coffee, or almond milk as desired.
  4. Divide the mixture into serving glasses and top with optional toppings.
