Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by blending curry powder, white wine vinegar, agave nectar, salt, and pepper until dissolved.
- Add olive oil to the blender and mix until combined.
- Break the cauliflower into small florets and chop them to a uniform size.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, vinaigrette, green onions, parsley, mint, apple, grapes, poppy seeds, and garam masala.
- Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
