Paleo Pumpkin Pie Bars

Pumpkin Layer

Glaze (Optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, spraying the inside first.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crust layer ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 9 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- In a blender, combine all pumpkin layer ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Allow the crust to cool for about 10 minutes, then pour the pumpkin filling on top and spread evenly.
- Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for 28-30 minutes.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares.
- If desired, whisk together the glaze ingredients and drizzle on top.
