Instructions
- Prepare the springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and mix with melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the springform pan and refrigerate.
- Soak the gelatine sheets in water and prepare the matcha mixture with hot water.
- Microwave the cream cheese to soften it, then mix in the powdered sugar gradually.
- Combine the matcha gelatine mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream with lemon juice until soft peaks form, then fold it into the matcha cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust, flatten the top, and chill in the fridge for about 4 hours.
