Ingredients

The smoothie

  • cups frozen bananas
  • ½ to ¾ cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 pieces soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls ice

For garnish

  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, cold brew coffee, almond milk, Medjool dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Add more almond milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Blend in the ice until the smoothie is thick and frosty.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and chocolate shavings.
