Paloma Cocktail

Topo Chico or other sparkling water

thin wedge of grapefruit (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
- Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds until the shaker is ice cold.
- Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the mixture on top.
- Top with Topo Chico and stir gently if needed.
- Garnish with a thin wedge of grapefruit and enjoy.
