Dark Chocolate Cherry S'mores

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Brush both sides of the graham crackers with melted butter.
- Place the graham crackers on a microwave-safe plate and add a square of dark chocolate on top of each cracker.
- Microwave for about 30-45 seconds until the chocolate softens.
- Transfer the cracker with chocolate to a pan and place a marshmallow on top.
- Broil for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until the marshmallow puffs and browns, watching carefully.
- Top the toasted marshmallow with halved cherries and add the remaining graham cracker on top.
- Serve immediately.
