Ingredients

  • 16 pieces gluten-free graham crackers
  • 2 bars dark chocolate
  • 8 pieces homemade marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. Place 8 gluten-free graham crackers on a baking sheet, add 1 square of dark chocolate on each, and top with a marshmallow.
  3. Broil at 475 – 500°F on the bottom rack for 1-2 minutes until golden and chocolate is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and place another graham cracker on top before serving.
