Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven.
- Place 8 gluten-free graham crackers on a baking sheet, add 1 square of dark chocolate on each, and top with a marshmallow.
- Broil at 475 – 500°F on the bottom rack for 1-2 minutes until golden and chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the oven and place another graham cracker on top before serving.
