S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies

The cookie dough

The toppings

marshmallows, cut in half

semi-sweet chocolate bar, finely chopped

crushed graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy, then add the egg and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix into the wet ingredients until combined, then chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven and roll the chilled dough into balls.
- Bake the cookies until barely golden, then add a marshmallow half on top of each cookie.
- Broil the cookies until the marshmallows are toasted.
- Melt the chocolate and spoon it over the marshmallows, then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
