The topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a stand mixer, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk, mixing until just combined.
- Add the flour mixture all at once and mix until cohesive.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and crushed graham cracker.
- Scoop out balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then add mini marshmallows on top and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 6 to 7 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
