Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate flour, cocoa powder, and graham cracker crumbs until just combined, then add chocolate chips.
- Roll 2-3 tablespoons of dough into balls and space them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes, then press mini marshmallows into the tops of the cookies.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and return to the oven for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled cookies before serving.
