Chocolate Chip Cookie S'mores

chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- In an electric mixer, blend the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and blend until combined, then mix in 12 oz of chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into 2 Tbsp balls and place them on lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- Melt the remaining 12 oz of chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate on the bottom of half the cookies.
- Toast the marshmallows until golden brown and place 2 on the chocolate-covered cookies.
- Top with another cookie and serve immediately.
