Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and egg yolk, then mix well.
- Incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Form slightly less than half of the dough into a disk and place it on the baking sheet.
- Layer the graham cracker, chocolate pieces, and marshmallows on top of the dough.
- Shape the remaining dough into a disk and cover the filling, sealing the edges.
- Bake for 11 to 14 minutes until set and edges are browning.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
