Ingredients

The cookie dough

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

The filling

  • ½ piece graham cracker
  • 3 pieces Hershey's chocolate bar
  • 9 mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add vanilla extract and egg yolk, then mix well.
  4. Incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Form slightly less than half of the dough into a disk and place it on the baking sheet.
  7. Layer the graham cracker, chocolate pieces, and marshmallows on top of the dough.
  8. Shape the remaining dough into a disk and cover the filling, sealing the edges.
  9. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes until set and edges are browning.
  10. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
