S'mores Cookie Bars

The cookie base

The filling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together, then add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt, then combine with the wet ingredients.
- Press 2/3 of the cookie dough into the prepared pan, then spread marshmallow creme over it.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then use the remaining dough to cover the chocolate chips in pieces.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden brown, then cool completely before cutting into squares.
