Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter and parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
- In a mixer, blend the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy, then mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Divide the dough in half and press one half into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Place the chocolate bars side by side over the dough layer.
- Spread the marshmallow creme evenly over the chocolate.
- Flatten pieces of the remaining dough and layer them over the marshmallow creme.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes until the top is golden brown, then cool completely before cutting into squares.
