Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt until light and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and graham cracker crumbs, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallow bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges and slightly crackly on top.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
