Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together.
- Whisk in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
- Add baking powder, flour, salt, and crushed graham crackers to the mixture.
- Divide the dough between ramekins to form a crust.
- Top the crust with a layer of chocolate squares and then add a heaping pile of mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the marshmallows are lightly browned and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with spoons.
