Kale Salad with Sesame Tahini Dressing

Tahini dressing

tahini

sea salt

sesame oil

tamari or liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce

lime juice

Instructions
- Massage and tear the kale leaves in a large strainer for about 2 minutes, then wash and dry them.
- Prepare the tahini dressing by whisking together all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Top the kale with avocado, carrot ribbons, and seeds.
- Drizzle the tahini dressing over the salad and toss everything to combine.
- Serve and enjoy!
