Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Place kale in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dressing, and massage the kale with your hands.
- Add cabbage and carrot to the kale and toss with additional dressing as desired.
- Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and serve.
