The chicken

Instructions
- Prepare the teriyaki marinade by whisking together all marinade ingredients in a bowl, reserving some for later.
- Place the chicken breasts in a plastic bag, add the marinade, and ensure the chicken is fully covered. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to 425ºF and oil the grill grates.
- Grill the chicken for 7-10 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF - 165ºF.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- To thicken the reserved marinade, bring it to a boil in a saucepan, then add a cornstarch slurry and whisk until thickened.
- Serve the grilled chicken with the extra sauce and your favorite sides.
