sweetener of choice (stevia or Truvia) or 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

shaved dark chocolate for serving
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the optional whipped cream and chocolate into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetener as desired.
- Enjoy immediately, topped with whipped cream and chocolate if desired.
