Creamy Mint Chip Smoothie

Instructions
- Add spinach, oat milk, and peppermint extract (or mint leaves) to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the frozen banana, dates, almond butter, cacao powder, and protein powder to the blender and blend again.
- Remove the cover and add the cacao nibs, then blend one last time to combine without making them creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
