Instructions
- Prepare the quinoa salad, hummus, falafel, and tahini dressing.
- Spread ¼ cup of hummus on the bottom of a plate.
- Add a large scoop of quinoa salad (about ½ cup) on top of the hummus.
- Place 1 cup of fresh arugula on the plate.
- Add 2 to 3 falafel patties to the bowl.
- If using cold falafel, reheat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle with tahini dill dressing and serve immediately.
