Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the grapes on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt.
- Roast the grapes for 20 minutes, then let them cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
