Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, fresh or frozen cut into chunks
  • ½ banana banana
  • 4 cups spinach
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¾ cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by peeling and chopping the pineapple and banana.
  2. Add the spinach and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Pour in the coconut water and blend until smooth, adding more coconut water if needed for desired consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothies into glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple if desired. Enjoy!
