Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

The protein source

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

The extras

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • to taste honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add water, banana, pineapple, spinach, protein powder or Greek yogurt, and flax seeds to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add honey if desired.
