Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8x8 square baking pan.
- Mix the vegan milk and apple cider vinegar and let sit for at least 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
- In the same container as the milk mixture, add the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
