Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 5. Transfer the batter to the baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
- 6. Check if the bread is done by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.
- 7. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
