Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, flaxmeal, salt, and baking soda in a food processor.
  2. Pulse in the eggs and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Transfer the batter to a greased 9-inch cast iron skillet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
