Easy Skillet Cornbread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and place a 10.25-inch skillet inside to warm up.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and Greek yogurt, then add the honey and almond milk.
- 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- 5. Stir in the corn.
- 6. Remove the skillet from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, and then grease it with butter.
- 7. Pour the batter into the hot skillet and return it to the oven for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
