Sparkling Raspberry Limeade

Instructions
- Combine lime juice and sugar in a pitcher and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Place a sieve on top of the pitcher and press raspberries through it in batches, discarding the pulp and seeds.
- Add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Optionally, add lime slices, raspberries, and mint for garnish.
- Chill until ready to serve.
