Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

sparkling water or club soda, chilled
For serving

Instructions
- Puree the raspberries in a food processor until smooth, then strain to remove seeds.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together the water and sugar until dissolved.
- Add honey and mix well.
- Stir in the raspberry puree and fresh lemon juice.
- Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
