Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, simmer the raspberries over medium-high heat until they break apart and release their juices.
- 2. Strain the raspberries through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds, collecting about 1½ cups of raspberry juice, and refrigerate until chilled.
- 3. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the chilled raspberry juice and lemonade concentrate.
- 4. Stir in the ginger ale and serve immediately over ice, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
