For the raspberry simple syrup

water

fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, and fresh raspberries in a saucepan and bring to a slight boil.
- Muddle the raspberries and let the mixture simmer for 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool, and strain the syrup into a jar.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine elderflower rose gin, raspberry simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice.
- Shake the mixture for 30 seconds and strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with lemon peel and fresh raspberries.
