Easy Berry Frose

Ingredients

The base

  • 500 ml Rosé wine or non-alcoholic Rosé
  • 2 to 3 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime Juice from
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 10 ounces frozen strawberry halves
  • 2 ounces triple sec (optional)
  • to taste splash sparkling berry water (optional)

Garnishes

  • to taste pieces sliced strawberries
  • to taste pieces lime wedges
  • to taste leaves mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Freeze the Rosé in an ice cube tray or glass container with mint leaves for added flavor until solid, about 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Once frozen, place the wine cubes in a blender with lime juice, maple syrup, berries, and optional triple sec, and blend until slushy.
  3. Pour the slushie into serving glasses, adding a splash of sparkling water if desired.
  4. Garnish with sliced strawberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves before serving.
