Instructions
- Prepare the Harissa Tahini Dressing by blending all the dressing ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the chickpeas, cooking until crispy for about 15 minutes.
- Assemble the Buddha Bowl by placing kale at the bottom and arranging the other ingredients on top.
- Drizzle the Harissa Tahini Dressing over the bowl and mix everything together before serving.
