Ingredients

  • 3 cups coconut cream
  • 4-6 tablespoons cane or powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chill the mixing bowl in the freezer for best results.
  2. Open the can of chilled coconut milk and scoop out the thick cream into the mixing bowl, avoiding the liquid.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla to the bowl or wait to add them after whipping.
  4. Using a mixer, whip the coconut cream until fluffy.
  5. If you didn't add the sugar and vanilla earlier, mix them in now until combined.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
