Instructions
- Chill the mixing bowl in the freezer for best results.
- Open the can of chilled coconut milk and scoop out the thick cream into the mixing bowl, avoiding the liquid.
- Add the sugar and vanilla to the bowl or wait to add them after whipping.
- Using a mixer, whip the coconut cream until fluffy.
- If you didn't add the sugar and vanilla earlier, mix them in now until combined.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
