Instructions
- Blanch the rice noodles in boiling water until cooked, then drain and set aside.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil, then add minced pork, fish balls, and shrimp. Skim off any foam and boil for 1-2 minutes until cooked. Add fish sauce and white pepper, then turn off the heat.
- Divide the rice noodles into serving bowls, add the broth, garlic oil, and chopped scallions, then serve immediately.
