Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Slice the tomato and chicken sausage.
- Lay the pie crust on the pan and add the chopped garlic.
- Layer the sliced tomatoes, sausage, and parmesan in the middle of the pie crust, leaving room on the edges.
- Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper before folding the crust over the filling.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are browned and the filling is warm and bubbly.
