Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- For the breadcrumb topping, heat olive oil in a frying pan, add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and toast until golden brown.
- Thinly slice the brussels sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
- Add arugula, capers, hazelnuts, and parmesan cheese to the brussels sprouts.
