Ingredients

The salad

  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 3 pieces scallions
  • ½ pieces red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts

The dressing

  • cup organic mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop the broccoli into florets, and dice the scallions and red pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, scallions, red pepper, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Taste the salad and sprinkle with salt if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve, and serve cold or at room temperature.
