Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups broccoli, chopped small
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup carrots, matchstick or shredded
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 large honeycrisp apple, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped or crumbled
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds or any other chopped nut
  • ¼ cup golden raisins or dried cranberries

The dressing

  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
