Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

The dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine broccoli, red onion, bacon, apple, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
