The dressing

Instructions
- Combine the broccoli slaw, red onion, bacon, apple, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and parsley in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to combine.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve the salad in a bowl and garnish with additional bacon, sunflower seeds, and parsley if desired.
